We are seeking a meticulous Quality Control Engineer to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Bandung. In this critical role, you will safeguard product excellence by implementing rigorous quality control protocols across all production stages. From incoming raw materials to final finished goods, you'll conduct systematic inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications. You'll collaborate with production teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions, while maintaining detailed documentation of all quality processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of incoming raw materials, in-process components, semi-finished goods, and finished products
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards and industry best practices
- Document quality findings, prepare detailed inspection reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment to ensure measurement accuracy
- Participate in supplier quality audits and evaluate vendor compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in quality control methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean principles)
- Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., CQE) preferred
