Become a key player in our renewable energy division as a Quality Control Engineer at Utomodeck Metal Works. You'll be responsible for end-to-end quality inspection and control of EV Charger production processes, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer specifications. This role offers the opportunity to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives, implement advanced quality control methodologies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections across all EV Charger production stages
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols for manufacturing processes
- Perform root cause analysis for quality deviations and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with R&D to develop quality benchmarks for new products
- Train production staff on quality standards and inspection procedures
- Manage documentation of quality reports and compliance certifications
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma/Lean methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control for manufacturing
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards
- Experience with EV charging systems or electronic component testing
- Proficiency in statistical quality control tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA)
- Certification in Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
