You'll work collaboratively with production teams to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous quality enhancement. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct systematic quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food handling and storage
  • Identify and document product defects, contamination risks, and spoilage indicators
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and company specifications
  • Maintain accurate quality control records and inspection reports
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
  • Train staff on proper food handling and quality control procedures

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality control (F&B industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems
  • Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and documentation methods
  • Excellent attention to detail with analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments
  • Certification in food safety (HACCP) is advantageous
