Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality control is a plus
- Previous experience in garment quality control or related manufacturing field
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify even minor defects
- Familiarity with garment construction, materials, and production processes
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies and standards
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with production teams
