Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction work adheres to engineering plans, specifications, and building codes.
- Monitor and document progress of infrastructure development, including roads, drainage, utilities, and land preparation.
- Perform material testing and verify the quality of supplies delivered to the site to prevent non-compliance.
- Coordinate with contractors to address and rectify construction defects or deviations from the project design.
- Maintain detailed daily, weekly, and monthly quality control reports for project management review.
- Ensure all safety protocols (K3) are strictly followed during site activities.
- Assist in the final commissioning and handover process of infrastructure assets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in construction quality control or site supervision.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure construction methods, materials, and measurement techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret complex civil engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using site measurement tools and MS Office suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify potential structural issues early.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with various project stakeholders.
- Willingness to be based in Tangerang and perform field-based work.
