Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished products against quality standards
- Document inspection results using quality control systems and reporting tools
- Identify product defects and implement corrective actions with production teams
- Calibrate and maintain inspection equipment to ensure accuracy
- Analyze quality trends and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing inspection
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (SPC, Six Sigma, ISO standards)
- Proficiency in using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
