In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of excellence by ensuring every product that leaves our facility meets rigorous quality specifications. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will work closely with production teams to identify defects, perform detailed product testing, and ensure full compliance with manufacturing SOPs. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform precise measurements and testing using calibrated inspection tools and equipment.
- Document inspection results accurately, maintaining detailed logs and non-conformance reports.
- Identify and segregate defective components, initiating corrective action workflows where necessary.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to troubleshoot quality issues and prevent recurring defects.
- Monitor production lines to ensure operators are following established safety and quality protocols.
- Participate in internal audits and support continuous improvement projects to enhance overall manufacturing efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK), preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of integrity in reporting quality issues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of productivity.
- Basic knowledge of ISO quality management systems and industrial safety regulations is a plus.
