Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for manufacturing excellence? PT Sinarsakti Anekasarana is currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our production team in Kabupaten Bekasi. In this role, you will be the final line of defense in ensuring that our products meet the highest industry standards before they reach our customers.
As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in optimizing our production processes, minimizing waste, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who is observant, methodical, and committed to upholding the rigorous quality guidelines that define our brand. You will work closely with the production floor to identify defects early and ensure that every item leaving our facility is of premium quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual and functional inspections of all manufactured products in accordance with company standards.
- Accurately document and record inspection results using digital or physical checksheets.
- Identify, classify, and isolate defective products to prevent further processing.
- Collaborate with production team members to address recurring quality issues and process deviations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the quality control area.
- Ensure all inspection tools and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained.
- Prepare regular quality reports summarizing defect rates and daily inspection performance.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in technical or mechanical fields.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a related manufacturing role is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect subtle flaws in materials or workmanship.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding basic quality control metrics.
- Competent in using basic measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict production timelines.
- Strong work ethic and reliability, with availability for rotating shifts if required.
