PT CFU Technology Indonesia is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control (IPQC) professional to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Cikarang Selatan. As an In-Process Quality Control inspector, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of product excellence by monitoring production lines, auditing processes, and ensuring compliance with established quality management systems.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine in-process inspections to ensure production adheres to technical specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate production equipment performance to identify potential defects.
- Perform comprehensive quality checks on raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Document inspection results accurately and report non-conformances to the production supervisor.
- Assist in root cause analysis for any identified quality deviations or defects.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, health, and environmental standards at all times.
- Calibrate and maintain testing tools and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production yield and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in Engineering or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control or Quality Assurance inspector in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and statistical process control (SPC).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and product manuals.
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent observational skills and an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment and adapt to rotating shifts.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
