Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) inspections at various stages of the production line.
- Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with established company quality standards and international benchmarks.
- Monitor production output to identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from specifications.
- Maintain accurate, real-time quality records and logs for all inspected batches.
- Actively implement and maintain 5S workplace organizational standards to improve safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production operators to troubleshoot quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall production quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in a relevant technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control tools, measuring instruments, and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and product specifications.
- High attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in production.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of workplace cleanliness and organization (5S).
- Ability to work in a shift-based environment and maintain consistency in performance.
- Basic computer literacy for data logging and reporting purposes.
