PT AUCMA INDONESIA INDUSTRY is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Leader to join our expanding manufacturing facility in Kendal, Jawa Tengah. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of product quality, ensuring our output meets both international benchmarks and internal company specifications.
In this role, you will lead a team of inspectors, supervise production lines, and implement effective quality assurance protocols to minimize defects and optimize operational efficiency. We are looking for a natural leader who possesses strong technical acumen and the ability to foster a culture of precision and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily quality inspection activities on the production floor.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of quality inspectors to maintain consistent testing standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Analyze quality data and production reports to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for process improvement.
- Manage the inspection of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive daily and weekly quality performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Leader, Supervisor, or Inspector in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO standards) and production metrics.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership capability with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work in the Kendal area and commit to shift-based schedules if required.
