Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols aligned with ISO 9001 standards
- Lead cross-functional quality audits and process improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor quality assurance teams on inspection methodologies and documentation
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure raw material quality specifications are met
- Manage quality documentation systems and regulatory compliance reporting
- Drive Six Sigma/Lean manufacturing initiatives to reduce defects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in quality control leadership within manufacturing/mining
- Certified Quality Manager (CQM) or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
- Expert knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical process control
- Experience managing QA teams in remote industrial locations
- Proficiency in quality control software and data analysis tools
