Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control systems and procedures
- Lead quality assurance teams in product inspection and testing protocols
- Analyze production data to identify quality trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Train staff on quality control methodologies and best practices
- Prepare detailed quality reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma methodologies
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) tools
- Leadership skills with team management experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality management software
