Tanggung Jawab
- Perform precise dimensional measurements and inspections on production components using specialized equipment.
- Analyze measurement data to identify deviations from design specifications and quality standards.
- Prepare comprehensive quality inspection reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and calibrate measurement tools and instruments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct regular field surveys and site audits to verify manufacturing process consistency.
- Ensure all quality control activities adhere to safety protocols and industrial standards.
- Support internal continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Surveying, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Surveyor or in a similar measurement-intensive role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and 3D coordinate measuring machines.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer software for data logging and report generation (MS Office, specialized QC software).
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
