As our QC Specialist, you will be the final line of defense in ensuring that our metal products meet the highest industry standards. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality by rigorously testing materials, monitoring production processes, and documenting compliance. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspection of raw materials and finished metal components to ensure they meet technical specifications.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) for accurate dimension and quality validation.
- Monitor the metal casting production line to identify potential defects or deviations from quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation for every batch produced.
- Execute root cause analysis for any non-conforming products and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality procedures (SOPs) are strictly followed on the shop floor.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control inspector, preferably in a metal casting, foundry, or heavy manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and ISO quality management standards.
- Proficiency in using various precision measuring tools and inspection equipment.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address quality issues effectively.
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment in Semarang.
