Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document and report all deviations from quality specifications to the production team.
- Utilize precision measurement tools to verify product dimensions and technical specifications.
- Conduct systematic root cause analysis for any identified defects and suggest corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of quality control data and inspection reports.
- Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Ensure that all safety and operational procedures are strictly followed on the factory floor.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control inspector in a manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule as required by production demands.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Familiarity with ISO standards or quality management systems is highly desirable.
