Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate records for compliance and traceability
- Identify and report quality issues to production supervisors and management
- Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related problems
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Train production staff on quality control processes and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum diploma degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in cosmetics manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Basic knowledge of ISO and GMP standards is an advantage
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
