In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our reputation for excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the integrity of our manufacturing processes, from the initial raw material inspection to the final verification of finished goods. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and sampling of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Perform comprehensive physical and chemical analysis of materials to verify consistency and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all testing results and quality control audits.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when issues arise.
- Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory testing equipment to ensure accuracy.
- Support management in preparing analytical reports to track production quality trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies, sampling techniques, and statistical process control (SPC).
- Proficient in operating laboratory testing equipment and documentation software.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis in Jakarta Timur.
