Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring structural integrity and excellence? Radius One Architecture & Plumbing is currently seeking a skilled Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will oversee site inspections and ensure that all construction projects strictly adhere to engineering standards, safety regulations, and client specifications. We are looking for a candidate who can bridge the gap between technical specifications and on-site execution, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality workmanship.
As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining the reputation of our firm by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure that every phase of the construction process meets our rigorous quality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular and comprehensive site inspections to verify compliance with blueprints, building codes, and engineering specifications.
- Monitor construction progress to identify potential quality issues, safety hazards, or deviations from the project plan.
- Inspect and verify the quality of construction materials, tools, and equipment before they are used on-site.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and timely inspection reports, documenting findings and recommending corrective measures.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards are met.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements during all site activities.
- Review workmanship of subcontractors and vendors to ensure it meets Radius One's quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction quality control and site inspection.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction materials, and engineering standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
