China Construction Fourth Engineering Division Corp Ltd is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. As a leading player in the construction and engineering sector, we are committed to delivering excellence and maintaining the highest international standards in all our projects.
In this role, you will be the guardian of our project quality, ensuring that every phase of construction meets technical specifications, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with site managers, engineers, and contractors to identify potential quality issues before they arise, implement corrective measures, and maintain rigorous documentation to ensure project compliance and timely delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and engineering standards.
- Perform comprehensive material inspections and verify that all delivered construction supplies meet quality certifications.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure all workmanship aligns with approved shop drawings and national building codes.
- Prepare detailed daily, weekly, and monthly quality inspection reports for management review.
- Identify, document, and track non-conformance issues; oversee the implementation of necessary corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure all safety, health, and environmental policies are strictly followed on-site.
- Coordinate with third-party testing laboratories for concrete, steel, and other material quality verification.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international construction standards (ASTM/ISO).
- Proficient in interpreting architectural/structural drawings and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage documentation effectively.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Jakarta Selatan.
