Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and final furniture/handicraft products.
- Ensure all production stages align with established design specifications, dimensions, and finishing quality.
- Identify and document defects or non-conformities, working closely with artisans to implement corrective actions.
- Monitor the finishing process, including staining, painting, coating, and texture application.
- Maintain precise quality control records and status reports for ongoing production batches.
- Perform final pre-shipment inspections to ensure safe packaging and handling requirements.
- Communicate effectively with production teams to prevent recurring issues and improve overall workmanship.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably within the high-end furniture, woodworking, or handicraft sector.
- Strong understanding of wood types, finishing materials, and hand-crafting techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and production specifications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a critical eye for aesthetic nuances.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with local artisans.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and able to manage inspection timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in basic digital reporting tools is a plus.
