Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of furniture components throughout the production process (raw materials, assembly, and finishing).
- Ensure all products strictly adhere to the company's quality standards and international export requirements.
- Identify, document, and report any manufacturing defects or deviations to the production supervisor.
- Oversee the final inspection of goods prior to packaging and shipping to ensure zero defects.
- Maintain accurate quality control logs and generate daily performance reports.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Monitor the usage of materials to minimize waste while maintaining product integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background in woodworking or furniture design is a plus.
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Production role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and color/finishing consistency.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or product specifications.
- Familiarity with standard measuring tools and quality assessment equipment.
- Proactive mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team under production deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing export market requirements.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Klaten area.
