Mirota is currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) In Process Control to join our manufacturing team in DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product excellence by monitoring every stage of our production line. We are looking for an individual who is committed to precision, safety, and continuous improvement.
As our QC In-Process, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet established quality specifications, identifying defects early in the manufacturing process, and working collaboratively with production teams to resolve issues efficiently. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with standardized operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks and sensory evaluations at various stages of the production line.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities or defects immediately to the production supervisor.
- Collect samples for laboratory testing and maintain accurate records of quality data.
- Assist in root cause analysis to prevent the recurrence of production errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment that adheres to safety and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall manufacturing efficiency and product consistency.
- Ensure that all measuring equipment is calibrated and in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, preferably in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product variations.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP principles is a significant advantage.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods during inspection tasks.
