As a QC Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of product integrity, ensuring that all incoming materials meet our strict internal requirements and regulatory compliance.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of imported products and conducting thorough evaluations of our supplier materials. You will work closely with the procurement and production teams to mitigate risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and inspect all incoming materials to ensure adherence to company specifications and quality standards.
- Evaluate and monitor supplier performance through regular audits and quality assessment reports.
- Conduct thorough inspections of imported products, ensuring they meet Indonesian import regulations and internal quality benchmarks.
- Document all QC activities, including non-conformance reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues effectively and minimize production downtime.
- Participate in internal audits and support the maintenance of quality management systems (QMS).
- Provide regular updates and analytical reports on material quality trends to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, ISO standards, and relevant industry regulations.
- Experience in managing imported goods and vendor quality evaluation is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality documentation software.
