- Monitor filling operations to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
- Conduct visual inspections and physical testing of products during production
- Document quality control results and report deviations or defects
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly
- Maintain accurate quality control records and documentation
- Perform routine sampling and testing of products
- Identify root causes of quality problems and recommend corrective measures
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and standards
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Basic knowledge of cosmetic industry regulations preferred
- Proficiency in quality control documentation systems
