We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Quality Control (QC) Printing Specialist to join our production team in Semarang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our reputation for excellence by ensuring that all printed materials meet our rigorous quality standards before reaching our clients.
As our QC Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting print quality, color accuracy, and material integrity. You will work closely with the production team to minimize waste, identify defects early, and implement corrective actions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials and finished printed products to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Monitor the printing process to identify color deviations, registration errors, or mechanical defects.
- Perform regular quality audits on production lines and maintain detailed inspection logs.
- Collaborate with machine operators to resolve quality issues and prevent recurring production defects.
- Ensure all printed products meet client requirements and internal quality benchmarks.
- Manage the rejection of non-conforming items and document the root cause for process improvement.
- Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work environment in the QC area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; relevant certification in Printing or Quality Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control inspector, preferably in the printing or manufacturing industry.
- Strong visual acuity and ability to distinguish color variations accurately.
- Familiarity with various printing techniques and industrial printing machinery.
- Basic computer literacy for recording quality data and generating reports.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain a high level of discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
