Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting thorough quality inspections of project materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitoring production processes to identify and prevent potential defects before they escalate.
- Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation and quality reports for all project phases.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Performing regular safety and quality audits within the warehouse or project site.
- Analyzing performance data to suggest improvements in operational workflows.
- Ensuring all goods and outputs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and measurement equipment.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and identifying non-conformance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
