Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic sampling and laboratory testing of raw materials, packaging components, and finished products.
- Ensure all laboratory procedures strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Perform analytical testing and monitor critical process parameters to identify deviations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test results and quality logs for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with the Production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
- Participate in internal and external quality audits to maintain international certification standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex technical data.
- Proficiency in using laboratory instrumentation and software for data management.
- High level of integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
