Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation systems
- Identify, document, and report quality deviations while recommending corrective actions
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
- Perform statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Calibrate and maintain quality control equipment and testing instruments
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and industry standards during quality inspections
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Familiarity with quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Proficiency in quality control tools and statistical methods
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
