We are currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Specialist/Admin to join our team in Indonesia. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our product excellence, ensuring that every item leaving our facility aligns with our rigorous quality standards and internal protocols. The ideal candidate will combine technical inspection capabilities with robust administrative skills to maintain documentation, track defect trends, and drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing and logistics operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality specifications.
- Document all QC findings accurately in the digital management system and maintain comprehensive audit trails.
- Prepare detailed quality reports, non-conformance reports (NCR), and performance summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and enforce compliance with internal manufacturing protocols and international quality standards.
- Manage the maintenance and calibration schedule for inspection equipment and tools.
- Identify recurring quality issues and propose actionable improvements to production workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or manufacturing administration role.
- Strong understanding of QC inspection methodologies, sampling plans, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and inventory/QC management software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and produce clear reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high product quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken language.
