PT Bioplast Unggul, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Control (QC) Staff to join our production team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product excellence by performing rigorous inspections and ensuring compliance with manufacturing specifications.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure they meet company quality standards.
- Monitoring production processes to identify, document, and report any deviations or defects.
- Operating measurement tools and testing equipment accurately to verify product specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of inspection data and quality reports for management review.
- Collaborating with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Adhering strictly to health, safety, and environmental protocols within the production facility.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and product specifications effectively.
- Proficiency in using standard quality control measuring instruments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts and maintain a high level of physical stamina.
