Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Document quality control results and maintain accurate records of all testing procedures
- Analyze test data and identify trends or patterns that may indicate quality issues
- Implement corrective actions to address quality problems and prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process
- Develop and update quality control procedures and documentation
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Biology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or a related field
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and testing procedures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking
- Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
