Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished goods for compliance with company standards.
- Perform regular quality audits and document findings to ensure all production activities meet specifications.
- Identify, record, and report any non-conformity or quality issues to the production team immediately.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of inspection activities and prepare technical reports for management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all workplace operations strictly adhere to health, safety, and environment (HSE) regulations.
- Support process optimization initiatives to reduce waste and improve overall production efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Inspector, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and inspection tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
