Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures aligned with ISO standards
- Document quality metrics and prepare detailed inspection reports
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues
- Analyze non-conformities and recommend corrective actions
- Train staff on quality control protocols and best practices
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or manufacturing
- Proficiency with quality control tools and methodologies
- Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality systems preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Proficiency in quality management software (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM)
