Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and tools to verify product specifications.
- Document all inspection results, non-conformities, and corrective actions in the quality management system.
- Identify, isolate, and report any defective or non-compliant products to the production supervisor.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with company safety and quality operating procedures.
- Participate in root cause analysis for recurring quality issues to prevent future defects.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the quality control area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background is a plus.
- Previous experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Proficient in using basic measuring tools and equipment.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office or digital reporting tools for documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a part-time capacity while meeting production deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
