Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Monitor production lines to identify and document any deviations from standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct rigorous testing and laboratory analysis to verify product specifications and safety parameters.
- Maintain accurate and detailed quality documentation, records, and reporting logs for management review.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen/Lean) to reduce waste and enhance overall product consistency.
- Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control technician or inspector within a manufacturing or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) environment.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and safety protocols.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to identify subtle product defects.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with quality management software.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multi-shift manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
