Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of test results, deviations, and corrective actions in accordance with GMP standards.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality risks and implement preventive measures.
- Collaborate with production and R&D teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in internal audits, supplier quality audits, and external regulatory inspections as required.
- Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained in good working condition.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), GHP, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficient in using laboratory equipment and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is preferred.
