Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of raw materials, components, and finished furniture products
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols aligned with international furniture standards
- Document inspection findings and maintain detailed quality records for traceability
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues in real-time
- Verify product specifications, dimensions, and finishes against design requirements
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality efficiency
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of quality control experience in furniture manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of wood properties, joinery techniques, and furniture construction
- Proficiency in using measurement tools (calipers, gauges, moisture meters)
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO, ASTM) and defect identification methods
- Ability to read technical drawings and product specifications
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional visual inspection skills
- Strong communication skills for reporting quality issues and collaborating across teams
- High school diploma or technical certification; additional quality training preferred
