PT THE COSTUME MAGNIFIQUE is currently seeking a meticulous and eagle-eyed Quality Control (Maskot) to join our production team in Batam. We specialize in high-quality mascot and custom costume manufacturing, and we take pride in delivering perfection to our clients worldwide.
As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our production lifecycle. You will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, monitoring the assembly process, and conducting final quality checks on finished mascot costumes. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that every stitch, texture, and structural element meets our rigorous brand standards before the product leaves our facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough visual inspections of all incoming raw materials, fabrics, and foam structures.
- Conduct in-process quality audits to ensure production lines are adhering to design specifications.
- Verify measurements, symmetry, and structural integrity of mascot heads, bodies, and accessories.
- Identify, document, and report any defects or deviations from the design blueprints.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure that all safety standards and finishing touches (zippers, seams, ventilation) meet quality benchmarks.
- Prepare detailed quality reports for management to track production performance and defect rates.
- Finalize approval for finished products prior to shipping and packing.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; technical background in garment or textile production is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control inspector or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot minute inconsistencies in textiles and construction.
- Understanding of quality control protocols and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ability to read and interpret design blueprints or technical drawings accurately.
- Basic computer literacy for documenting quality reports and inventory tracking.
- Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback to the production team.
- Ability to work full-time in a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Batam.
