Utomodeck Metal Works is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Specialist to join our renewable energy division in Lawang, Jawa Timur. This critical role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of product excellence for our innovative charging systems and renewable energy solutions. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll perform rigorous inspections, conduct comprehensive testing protocols, and maintain detailed quality documentation to guarantee compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
You'll work collaboratively with engineering and production teams to identify potential quality issues, implement corrective actions, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough visual inspections and functional testing of renewable energy components and charging systems
- Document quality control results using standardized reporting systems and quality metrics
- Identify product defects and non-conformances through systematic analysis
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement preventive measures
- Perform calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and testing instruments
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company-specific quality protocols
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field
- 1-3 years experience in quality control within manufacturing or renewable energy sector
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies (SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis)
- Proficiency in using testing equipment and measurement instruments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision
- Understanding of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and engineering specifications
