Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive quality inspections for soft toys, garments, and footwear products at various production stages
- Develop and implement quality control protocols aligned with international safety standards (ASTM, EN71, CPSIA)
- Analyze production defects to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality specifications
- Document quality metrics and maintain detailed inspection reports
- Train production teams on quality standards and best practices
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
- Stay updated on evolving industry regulations and quality requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control for manufacturing (toys, apparel, or footwear preferred)
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma Green Belt)
- Strong knowledge of product safety standards and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in quality control tools and inspection methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience with vendor quality audits and corrective action processes
