Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough quality inspections at pre-production, in-process, and post-production stages.
- Monitor production lines to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify, document, and report product defects or inconsistencies immediately.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain precise quality control logs and generate daily inspection reports for management.
- Perform regular calibration of inspection tools and testing equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality inspection techniques and manufacturing workflows.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and product specifications.
- Proficiency in using precision measurement tools and testing equipment.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities.
