As a Quality Control Staff, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our production outputs meet stringent internal and industry quality standards. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and continuously improving our quality control systems, identifying areas for process optimization, and reducing operational waste. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections and quality audits on raw materials and finished goods.
- Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with company quality protocols and safety standards.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and minimize manufacturing defects.
- Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly quality assurance reports for management.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and build quality control frameworks.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to production staff.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word) for reporting purposes.
- Willing to be based in Surabaya and work on a full-time basis.
