PT Atlas Produk Konstruksi is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Staff to join our dynamic construction operations team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our quality assurance process, ensuring that every project component meets the highest standards of structural integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous inspections of raw construction materials upon arrival to ensure they meet project specifications.
- Monitor daily site operations to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Document and report any non-compliance issues or deviations from the design plans to project supervisors.
- Coordinate with laboratory teams for material testing and data verification.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of quality control audits and project performance metrics.
- Ensure all site work complies with local government regulations and Indonesian construction standards.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance project efficiency and output quality.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) role within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications.
- Strong understanding of construction materials testing and quality standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate findings clearly to field staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and maintain integrity under pressure.
- Willing to be stationed at various project sites in Jakarta Selatan and surrounding areas.
