Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to ensure adherence to technical specifications.
- Utilize precision measurement instruments to verify product dimensions and functional performance.
- Document quality test results accurately and maintain detailed logs for internal reporting and compliance audits.
- Identify, isolate, and document non-conforming materials to prevent defective products from moving to the next stage of production.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in daily quality briefings to discuss production goals and quality performance metrics.
- Ensure that all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained according to company standards and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Staff or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of QC tools (e.g., Caliper, Micrometer, Gauges) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and SOPs with high accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer software (Microsoft Office) for reporting purposes.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) in the Bekasi region and commit to a contract-based employment period.
