Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for operational excellence? Surabaya Mekabox is seeking a dedicated Quality Control Supervisor to join our manufacturing facility in Driyorejo. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our production standards, ensuring that every product leaving our facility meets our high-quality benchmarks.
As the Quality Control Supervisor, you will lead the charge in monitoring processes from raw material intake to final output. You will work closely with production teams to implement preventative measures, troubleshoot quality bottlenecks, and champion a culture of continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor the quality of raw materials upon arrival to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections throughout the production cycle to identify and mitigate potential defects.
- Supervise QC staff and provide training on quality assurance best practices and safety protocols.
- Document all quality control findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with the production team to streamline workflows and reduce waste through root cause analysis.
- Ensure that all products meet internal specifications and external regulatory requirements before shipment.
- Manage calibration schedules for testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of QC methodologies, statistical process control (SPC), and ISO standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using precision measurement tools.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Driyorejo, Jawa Timur.
