Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of quality control inspectors and technicians
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and standards according to ISO requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure product quality meets specifications
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Train quality control staff on inspection techniques, procedures, and quality standards
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and statistical process control charts
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and statistical techniques
- Experience leading and developing a team of quality control professionals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in quality control software, reporting tools, and MS Office applications
- Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English
