The Hiro Group is seeking an experienced and dedicated Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading quality initiatives within our large-scale Central Kitchen operation. You will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of safety, consistency, and quality, while overseeing the daily operations of our Quality Assurance team.

As a Quality Control Supervisor, you will act as a guardian of our brand reputation, implementing strict protocols and driving continuous improvement across all production lines. If you have a strong background in manufacturing or food service and a knack for leadership, we invite you to apply.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead Quality Initiatives: Oversee the daily quality control activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Mentor and supervise the QC team, providing training and guidance to ensure optimal performance.
  • Compliance & Audits: Monitor strict adherence to HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards during all production phases.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production workflows and implement corrective actions to reduce waste and defects.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of quality checks, inspection reports, and non-conformance reports.
  • Raw Material Control: Inspect and verify the quality of incoming raw materials to ensure they meet specifications.

Kualifikasi

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a Central Kitchen, Manufacturing, or Food Service environment.
  • Certifications: Valid HACCP certification and Food Safety Manager certification are strongly preferred.
  • Skills: In-depth knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), ISO standards, and quality management systems.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
