- Supervise daily quality control operations across production lines
- Lead and coordinate QC team members to ensure consistent product standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control supervision
- Certification in ISO 9001 or quality management systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in manufacturing
- Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, 8D methodology)
- Proficient in quality control software and reporting systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
