Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and inspect raw coffee beans and finished products to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Perform regular laboratory testing, including moisture analysis, density checks, and sensory evaluations.
- Document all quality control findings accurately and maintain detailed logs for production tracking.
- Identify, record, and report any non-conformities in the production process to the management team.
- Assist in the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory testing equipment.
- Collaborate with the production department to minimize waste and optimize product consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Diploma degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quality Control Technician, ideally within the food and beverage or coffee industry.
- Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and food safety standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with high precision.
- Proficient in using basic laboratory testing equipment and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Surabaya and adhere to shift schedules.
